Registration Fees, Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policies:
Registration Cancellations - Games registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations of Upgrades will be granted with the following penalties: Until March 31, 2006 - no penalty; March 31st - May 5th - $50 penalty; May 5th-June 1st - total cost of Upgrades or $100, whichever is less; After June 1st, there will be no refunds for cancellations.
Hotel Cancellations - Hotel changes, including shortened stays and cancellations may be made through the Games registration and housing system or by calling 866-TX-GAMES until 5 PM CST on May 15th. Cancellations and will be subject to the following fees: Until March 31, 2006 - $75; After March 31st, cancellations will result in a charge equal to the value of the first night's room and tax. These cancellation fees will appear as charge on your credit card statement from “NKF U.S. Transplant Games Registration. Hotel cancellations made after May 16 must be made directly with the hotel. (Remember to record the date and time you called the hotel, the name of the person you spoke with and your cancellation number.) Failure to cancel your reservation with the hotel 72 hours or more prior to arrival may incur a charge equal to the value of a two nights stay plus tax, per room.
